The State House of Radio Broadcasting and Sound Recording (Russian abbreviated name - ГДРЗ) is a former state enterprise that carried out the technical part of the preparation of radio programs.

In 1931, the Radiofilm = Радиофильм factory was established, which recorded and edited radio broadcasts on film, and in 1936 the Sound Recording House was established, which recorded concerts and performances on shellac discs, since 1941 it also recorded for radio.
Subordinate enterprise Gosteleradio USSR = Гостелерадио СССР (1958-1991)
In 1958, the Recording House was transferred to the USSR State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company = РГТРК "Останкино" (1992-1993)

Independent enterprise (1993-2002)
On September 7, 1993, the State House of Radio Broadcasting and Sound Recording was removed from the jurisdiction of the Ostankino State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company = РГТРК "Останкино".
In 2002, a subsidiary company was created: ВГТРК.
Since 2002, also use - ВГТРК.
