Nashville based record label founded in 1961 by publisher and producer Joe Tex.
The label had four distributors during it's lifetime; London in the early 60s, Atlantic in the mid to late 60s, Mercury in the early 70s and TK in the late 70s.
Sony / ATV Music Publishing owns the Dial Records catalogue today.
