It seems to me that at least the Fantasy label group stuff under this designation is actually US produced for the Japanese market. I have Roamin With Richardson, the jacket and pressing are basically identical to the OJC pressings, with US origin declared on the spine. The disc is flimsy but does sound pretty good, as the OJC’s typically do.
