AVOID!!! These people are scammers. Purchase a vinyl with any kind of defect (which is inherent with this format), be it jumping or poor transfer/pressing they will refuse to deal with it, blaming your equipment or ears. Send them audio files as proof and they refuse to acknowledge what can be clearly heard. You know something is wrong when you are doing all the running, they never return calls or emails and claim 'the office was closed that day', it's run from their home!!! Also they ship audiophile LP's in corrugated cardboard only, what kind of care is that when you're buying a product, an LP for £30+, and they take no care to make sure it reaches you in good condition, then forget trying to return it without the above issues. Buy your music elsewhere!!!
