WAU! Mr. Modo Recordings

W·A·U! Mr. Modo Recordings was a partnership between Mr Modo, was Paterson's manager until Sep. 6, 1994. The partnership ended on Nov. 28, 1991, with an agreement that profits from past work would be split between the two companies. A related company, WAU! Mr. Modo Limited, incorporated 10 July 1990 and was dissolved 24 January 1995.

Recordings were licensed to WAU Recordings label.
