Italian record company, a.k.a. CBS Sugar Compagnia Generale Del Disco S.p.A.
The company was established in 1970 through the merger of CGD.
CBS Sugar S.p.A. managed the manufacturing, promotion and distribution of CBS releases in Italy, along with the running of its own sub-labels, among which Derby.
In 1977 the company was split up. CGD Messaggerie Musicali S.p.A.
