Mazzo, Amsterdam

Former club, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Opened June 5, 1980. Closed its doors on September 26, 2004.

Mazzo was the hang-out for the new wave generation during the eighties and was later one of the first clubs in The Netherlands regularly playing house, techno and trance. Label Mazzo and its sub-labels came to life via this club during the mid-nineties.
The location later transformed to a restaurant with the same name, which opened in 2010 and closed in Autumn 2017.
