Black / Death metal underground label that started as a fanzine in 1987, founded by Panos Tzanetatos.
The label played a considerable role in the arise of the Hellenic underground Black / Death Metal scene of the 90s.

Decapitated was the title of a fanzine.
In 1989, along with the issue: 5 of the Decapitated fanzine (that was traslated in English for the first time), the 7'' Decapitated Compilation EP (with extreme bands from Hellas) was included for free. That was the first discographic approach that transformed the zine to record label.

In 1998, there was a schedule of starting Decapitated Records again as a sub-label of Unisound.

Defunct since 1993, when the owner founded Unisound Records.

In 2021 Wipe Out! Records logo from the following releases, 30 years after their release!
Θοδωρής Κρίθαρης put that fact to public through the official label webpage, responing that he had signed contracts with the bands and that he wouldn't do anything about it.
