Delta Music Ltd.

Record company that started out in 1993 as the British branch of the German Delta Music GMBH.
The company went public in 1997, resulting in a name change to Delta Music plc. In 2006 the Delta Leisure Group acquired the 75% stake the Germans owned and the name was reverted back to Delta Music Ltd.
From 2006 to 2014, it was a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Leisure Group Plc
