US based publishing (holding) company.

Formerly known as The Okeh Music Publishing Company from September 3, 1948 until February 27, 1953, when the name was changed to April Music Inc.
The company would later form the backbone of Blackwood Music Inc.
In 1986 CBS Inc's publishing arm was acquired by April Music if stated that way on the release.
