Profile:	German subsidiary of United Artists Records, Inc.. Operating from 1969, Liberty/UA GmbH handled mostly UA und Liberty releases, the latter until 1971 when the Liberty label has folded. Liberty/UA GmbH continued to appear on German United Artists Records releases until early 1973 when the company was renamed to United Artists Records GmbH. Nevertheless 'Liberty/UA GmbH' occasionally appears on reissues of a later date.
