I wonder if it was meant to be - System X - Mind Games (V.I.P) (Mix 2) / Say It (Mind Games Remix)
the dubplate centre label has the Entity Records / 3rd Eye Records logo sticker which makes it seem like it was an official authorised set of remixes by the label and not some sort of bootleg.
The other Cool Hand Flex remix of Mind Games was exclusive to this compilation and licensed from Entity Records. Various - Deep In The Jungle
