WarnerMedia

WarnerMedia, LLC. was a mass media conglomerate based in New York City. It was originally known as Kinney National Company from 1966 to 1972, AOL Time Warner from 2001 to 2006, Time Warner again from 2006 to 2018.

It consists of Cartoon Network, CNN, among many others.

It was formerly a part of a merger with Time Magazine, a unit of AT&T acquisition of WarnerMedia.

WarnerMedia was also formerly a parent owner of the Warner Records. It was sold off to Access Industries in 2004.

In 2022, WarnerMedia was spun off from AT&T to merge with Discovery, Inc., forming Warner Bros. Discovery.
