NZ manufacturer of records, homewares and electrical goods, ed on 20 October 1954. It was owned by Fred Green, who was a former engineer with the Plastic Industries Ltd. in 1967, closing around 1972, possibly after being sold to Pye NZ.

From the mid-1960s, Green And Hall Ltd also had a t venture business with His Master's Voice (NZ) Limited manufacturing radios and whitewares in Wellington and then Masterton. They sold their share to His Master's Voice (NZ) Limited's successor EMI (NZ) Ltd. in 1973.

From the 1960s until at least 1973, the manager was Walter Siebers.

The company still exists in 2018.
