Pirate label from Russia. Usually can be recognised by the following texts printed on releases:
Лицензионное соглашение между "OLDIS" и РАО № 035/МЗ-98 от 08.06.1998
or
Лицензионное соглашение РАО №035/МЗ-98 от 08.06.98

"035/МЗ-98" and "08.06.1998" are ID and date of of the license agreement between РАО (Russian Authors' Society or R.A.O.) and the label. Such agreements allowed labels to release CDs & cassettes for the Russian market in the '90s. But as it was reported, no money were sent by RAO to the Western right owners, so label's releases were actually pirate (Unofficial).
