Management, publishing and production company founded by Sex Pistols manager Malcolm McLaren with McLaren's lawyer, Stephen Fisher, as co-director. Incorporated as a private limited company on July 20th, 1976, the Sex Pistols signed a management deal with this company. After John Lydon took legal action the company went into receivership on February 14th, 1979 until January 16th, 1986.

After Lydon won his legal action the company is still active with Lydon, Steve Jones and Paul Cook listed as company secretary and directors.
