Canadian record company established by Virgin Records Ltd in 1983, was active up until 1992 when Virgin Music Group Ltd. was acquired by Thorn EMI plc.
Although a standalone company, distribution was through A&M Records Of Canada Limited prior to the purchase by EMI.
