The production resp. quality control of Universal remains unacceptable. My third order with them and all arrived with flaws like corner dings, split inners or wavy labels that come unglued, and incorrect VAT information provided to the shipping provider. Add to this a useless customer service whose only objective seems to be to disencourage returns and put you in an endless loop of copied & pasted FAQ phrases.
