Ralph Records

Profile:

The Residents' own label.
Their first release on this label was The Residents - Santa Dog in December 1972. The Residents ran the label by themselves until 1977.
Then during the period 1978-1982 The Cryptic Corporation took control of the label.
From 1983 to 1987 the label was run by Tom Timony under the name "New Ralph".
The period 1988 to 1992 saw The Residents leaving Ralph Records for other labels. The name "Ralph" is part of a 5-year licensing agreement.
Then Ralph Records split in two entities: Euro Ralph (1992-2005).
In 2010 the label was born again and released some CDrs and a new album by The Residents in October 2011 The Residents Present Sonidos De La Noche - Coochie Brake.
The label then went dormant until 2017, when it was revived as New Ralph Too.

I was wrong. Its on Rainbo records which I thought was Ralph records because when i bought the record it was with other Residents stuff. I found the actual label and will put it in the correct place. In fact this Ralph records is still running today. I will be emailing them to find out more about this record.

Wasn't the "The Ralph Singles 17x7" (that I have an unfinished copy of) ever released properly? Have not really heard of it later and do not see it here, but maybe just a lot of work putting it up ... .
