May appear as "Modern Album, New York" or "Modern Album, Long Island," and later as "Modern Album, Hauppauge."

Denoted by fabricator codes "1" or "3" printed on rear covers of labels RCA, and their subsidiaries.

They made three-piece record album jackets, which were made of a cardboard jacket, with separate front and rear printed cover artwork that was pasted on the cardboard (slicks).

The company's equipment and designs were patented by Rudolph A. Froehlig and Guy M. Froehlig.
