Is a German record company founded on March 10,1950 as a t venture between Telefunken AG and Decca Record Co. Ltd.
The company also operated two recording/mastering studios (Teldec-Press GmbH in Nortorf, near Kiel.
In 1983 the company was renamed to TELDEC Schallplatten GmbH.
