[Resolved] Kenichi Handa + Kenichi Honda: the same engineer?

I just stumbled across these two PANs:

Kenichi Honda – credited in 1 release (2 versions) as 'Engineer', release recorded in Tokyo.

(A second credit under Kenichi Handa just now because he is clearly credited on release that way - please compare images).

Question: since there now only one release under Kenichi Honda is left, could these be two PAN entries for the same engineer?
The credit is printed on the inner sleeve, but it's a little to small for me to decide if it's an 'o' or an 'a'.

Pinging submission contributors Zach_Jirarat, who seem to own a copy - would you please double-check the engineer's name on release?
