Hello!
I am willing to suggest a scammers list, to public shame them!
The reasoning for doing so is the fact that, when you get one record from a seller, you can bounce it back, since the shipping you'll lose, in case of PayPal open case and full refund, is not much.
But when you buy a bunch of records, the shipping increases, it may become huge and, when you have to send them back, for a full refund, you may lose a significant amount of money.
As PayPal never accepts a partial refund, unless the seller agrees, and, for a full refund, one should always send back the records, the only way to limit the losses of a fair but naive buyer, compared to an ill-intentioned seller, is to set a public shaming list of them in order to oblige them to grade the records correctly!
If a similar thread is opened, please redirect me there!
To start with, there's this guy, Renzo Franzin, with the discogs ID Alech_d.j., who, for example, grades as NM a record sleeve taped all over with adhesive band! This is not an accident, it is done on purpose.
Thank you! Feel free to fill in! -

I think so, but my flesh aches for what that scum did to me! 175 euros for a bunch of records that, in this status, could easily end at 70 euros! Too bad I cannot attach pictures here!
Thanks for the ! If I could do anything, I would've done. But PayPal doesn't agree with partial refund, unless the seller accepts it. And sellers suspecting the whole package cost, for the shipping, a fortune, to be sent back, automatically suppose you won't send it so they end up unpunished. At all. -

I cannot even do that! The scum took the transaction off discogs, to save some fees and I accepted. Moreover, I paid as friend & family, to save some other fees for me and for him! I am an idiot, but at least I it it!
I only hope as many people as possible see this, thus preventing them ordering from him! This is the only prejudice I can produce him!
For the moment. Just for the moment. -

any advantage for me , i don t know this , but many years ago a real incompetent naming and shaming me in another thread , that I had closed because it does not respect the discogs rules. do you have problems with some sellers? I'm sorry, but this is not a game, it's work, you can build a private whatsapp chat and exchange names, nobody forbids you, but here NO. would you be happy if someone made a "problem buyers to block" thread and put your name in it ? There are some common sense rules to follow, one is not to pay family/friends at least the first 2 times you buy from a seller, so you have a way of testing the seller's reliability. another is to look at the s . another one is for records of a certain level ask for photos . another one is to ask if the records are washed with professional machines . and so on. -

You don't understand much, do you?! I would never be in such a thread, because I am a honest guy and while my grading may be wrong, I will solve the problem between the two parts, not block the buyer, when I am cornered. We are not talking about washed records or not, we are talking about taping the sleeve with adhesive tape and then list the record's sleeve as NM, understood?!
I asked for photos and he sent me a perfect sleeve, but eventually sent something else. When I confronted him, he said in the meantime he sold the perfect one and sent me the other one. Then, he blocked me. I know what I am saying! I had several other unsuccessful transactions in 30 years, but no one behave like this!
Mind your own business, unless you are able to understand the matter! No one invited you to defer/refer me to the ! You can politely disagree, but why harm a fair one, to protect a scam? -

If you have a problem with a seller, leave appropriate or discogs.
This group isn't the place for it.
Thanks.
