Anybody binge out on a whole ton of music whilst travelling? I sure do. Here is a travel playlist from between Thanksgiving & Christmas 2023.

I have a playlist called "Jobuh Radio" with nearly 4000 songs in it that I like and play it on random, adding to it from time to time. I do play whole albums occasionally while traveling but not as much as that list. -

Pretty much any mixtape I've ever made has been for on the road since the early 70's.

Yeah, I know the type… hits only. No deep cuts. Def no live records, ugh those things sound terrible! Fair weather fan. -

Nice! I’m only familiar with the last artist on your list (K Schulze). I will look into the others as I can never hear enough new music. I love to travel by train btw. I did Cleveland to Boston some years back & loved it. -

What is the ultimate jam band, then?
Some of my favorite travel CDs are:
Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young - So Far -

Being I’m not a jam band type, I don’t think that is for me to answer. There are waaaay more qualified peeps here somewhere that could answer that question.
Regarding you list, I quite like Daft Punk & CSNY. -

Thank you -- I'll keep an eye out for those more qualified peeps. Maybe the Ultimate Jam Band hasn't yet crossed the face of the planet. Re: Daft Punk, is R.A.M. your favorite of their albums? I've listened to most of their stuff and like pretty much all of it, even the more obscure recordings like Daft Punk - Human After All (Remixes). -
