According to an interview with Theophilus Beckford, done by David DRO Ostrow and published in Dub Catcher 3 in 1991, the soloists are Rico Rodriguez on trombone and Ken Richards on guitar. Asked if he ever played with Rico Rodriguez, Snappin' replies "Oh, yes. With Rico Rodriguez he was the trombonist that blow the solo in 'Easy Snapping.' That great solo was done by Rico Rodriguez. And the guitar solo was done by Ken Richards. Yeah. And we have Peason, on the drum." [Peason is better known as Ephraim "Papa Son" Henry. "Papa Son" was often shortened to "P-son." According to guitarist Jah Jerry Haynes, P-son was the first drummer of Clue J. and The Blues Blasters. He was replaced by Auckland "Drumbago" Parkes.
