Prominent Greek trichord bouzouki virtuoso, nicknamed by Gregoris Bithikotsis "Paganini of bouzouki", and teacher of trichord bouzouki. Born in July 1937 in Kokkinia, Piraeus, Greece.
His recording career started in 1955. He became widely renown as the "right" (i.e. right-handed) bouzouki of Herod Atticus Odeon.
Father of Δημήτρης Παπαδόπουλος.
