Azizi Johari

Azizi Johari (born August 24, 1948 in New York City) is a U.S. model and actress.

She was Playboy magazine’s »Playmate of the Month« in June 1975 and Sammy Davis Jr.’s girlfriend for a while after he hired her as a professional dancer for his tour in the 1970s.
Johari is a playable character in the 1987 computer RPG »Dungeon Master«.
