Left the music business c. 2002 and since then has been in the restaurant business.
Co-founded sustainable seafood brand The Wright Brothers with his brother-in-law Ben Wright. They own an historic oyster farm on the Helford River, three London restaurants, and a depot in Brixham, Devon.
