Born in 1953, U.K.
At 16 he ed the National Youth Jazz Orchestra and two years later attended The Guildhall School of Music, studying the contrabass.
He became one of London's elite session musicians with album credits for many artists such as George Martin.
He has worked on film scores and toured with jazz musicians such as Barbara Thompson.
