Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section

A.K.A. Muscle Shoals Sound Rhythm Section and The Swampers. A group of session musicians who left David Hood (bass). They became known as The Muscle Shoals Sound Rhythm Section and were the first rhythm section to own a studio and eventually run their own publishing and production companies. They appeared on more than 500 recordings and more than 75 gold and platinum hits.
