Edited 2 years agoThis pressing is the real deal. I also own a beat-up 1990 UK pressing and, side by side, this has a *slightly* cleaner and brighter sound but most importantly, all the bass is intact. It's really nice to listen to a version that can go loud and deep without pops, skips and crackles. Also, unlike other reports, there is nothing wrong with the artwork: front and back are almost indistinguishable from the original release (with zero pixellation). Get it!

Edited 2 years agoI ordered this copy thru a distributor and there wasn't a back to black sticker on it. But it was mentioned at distributor that it's Back to Black. Kinda strange... maybe repressed at Back to Black without sticker on the sleeve. Great pressing - Sounds like amazing - Great music - just an awesome release !! HUGE underground hiphop and kinda "history". Check out the movie, too about this N.W.A. group: "Straight Outta Compton" from 2015. You buy this album right after watching it like I did ... :)

Soulless sound,like the most reissues.
If you can compare it with the original, you'll hear the difference. -
This sounds really good the dynamic range is insane sounds great when it's cranked up. The record is it self is nice and clean I havn't heard any clicks and pops and that's how it should be. It's a Good Pressing this one go grab one, I just wish it had some sort of in inlay cover too that would've been cool.

I found the sound quality on this is really good, unlike other reviews. However, 2 things. First off the LABELS are flipped. So side 1 plays side 2 and side 2 plays side 1.
Also, yeah the cover is pretty pixelated but I didn't notice until I saw other people's reviews. I do like how (except for the new parental advisory mark), the front and back of the cover looks exactly like the OG cover. This album has the same track listing as OG vinyl as well, without any extra remixes or anything. It's a shame the cover is pixelated and the labels are switched. I'm gonna have to return this. -
Sound quality is good, the pressing respects the original release. But awfully pixelated cover print. What a shame!
